What is Playball? Playball is a popular multisport programme, run throughout New Zealand. The programme specialises in fundamental movement skills and the basics of eight different sports. Playball coaches are foundation phase specialists. Most importantly, the Playball team foster a love for sport, movement and getting active! The coaches always make Playball a lot of fun, while developing a host of necessary life skills (physical, social and emotional), along the way. Skills developed include self-control, confidence, gross motor skills, turn taking, working together, following instructions, perseverance, supporting teammates - to name only a few!
